About the Photographer

JoAnne Meeker is a fine art photographer who is photographing today's "Old West". Trained as a painter, she photographs with the eye of an artist. In the last seven years she has developed a unique style that has gained popularity across the United States, Canada and European Countries abroad. Her corporate commissions include Frontier Bank in Bastrop, TX; Sage Capital Bank in New Braunfels, TX; King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management at Texas A & M, Kingsville, TX: First National Bank of Hereford, TX; San Antonio Livestock and Exhibition, San Antonio, TX; Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo, Austin, TX; Dow ArgroSciences of Alberta, Canada, and other working ranches in Canada, California, New Mexico, Texas, Montana and Wyoming.

Meeker studied Fine Art at the University of Kansas, The Kansas City Art Institute, and the Art Institute of Southern California. She currently lives in Dubois, Wyoming and travels the country with commissions and exhibiting her work.
